Secy is a product of Rethink AI Labs Private Limited (CIN U58200HR2026PTC151277), Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Welcome to Secy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the terms on which you may use Secy, an AI-powered personal assistant provided by Rethink AI Labs Private Limited (“Rethink AI Labs”, “Rethink”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using Secy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Secy.

1. What Secy does

Secy is a personal AI assistant that helps you get everyday things done. You can communicate with Secy through a supported messaging app and, where available, connect Secy with other services or accounts.

Depending on your instructions and the permissions you provide, Secy may:

• understand and respond to your messages;
• organise information and reminders;
• help with tasks, errands, bookings, communications and other everyday activities;
• interact with third-party services and websites on your behalf, including by operating a web browser for you; and
• take certain actions based on your instructions and permissions.

Secy uses artificial intelligence and other technologies. AI systems can sometimes make mistakes. Secy may misunderstand an instruction, provide incorrect or incomplete information, or take an action that is different from what you intended.

For important matters, you should review the information and actions before relying on them.

2. Who can use Secy

You must be at least 18 years old to use Secy.

By using Secy, you confirm that you are legally able to agree to these Terms and have the authority to provide the information, instructions and permissions you give to Secy.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your Secy account, your messaging account and connected services secure and for activity carried out through them.

You should not allow another person to use your Secy account or provide Secy with access that you are not authorised to provide.

If you believe your account or any connected service has been accessed without your permission, please contact us promptly.

You are also responsible for providing information and instructions that are reasonably accurate and clear.

4. Instructions and actions taken by Secy

When you ask Secy to perform a task, you authorise Secy to use the information and permissions available to it to carry out that task.

This may include communicating with third parties, using connected services, making bookings, placing orders, sending messages or performing other actions that are reasonably connected with your request.

Confirmation before key actions. Secy is designed to ask for your confirmation before it makes a payment or moves money, sends an email on your behalf, sends a calendar invitation to other people, or deletes or cancels something, as described in section 3.3 of our Privacy Policy. Other steps needed to complete your task, such as searching, comparing options or filling in a form, may happen without a separate confirmation. When you confirm an action, you authorise Secy to complete it.

Signing in for you. If you let Secy sign in to a service for you, you authorise Secy to store your login credentials in encrypted form and to keep signed-in sessions for that service, as described in section 2.8 of our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this at any time through the relevant service or by contacting us.

When Secy takes an action on your behalf:

• the action is based on the instructions and permissions you have provided;
• you remain responsible for the instruction you gave Secy;
• you are responsible for checking important details such as dates, amounts, addresses, recipients and other relevant information; and
• where the action involves a third party, the resulting transaction or commitment is between you and that third party.

You authorise Secy to share information reasonably necessary to complete an action with the relevant third-party service.

Any purchase, booking, communication or other commitment made through a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms, pricing, cancellation policies, refund policies and other applicable conditions.

Where Secy acts on your behalf through a third-party service, you remain the person responsible for that transaction or commitment.

5. Third-party services

Secy may use or interact with third-party services, including messaging apps, payment providers, booking platforms, merchants, websites, AI providers and other technology providers.

These services are operated independently of Rethink AI Labs and may have their own terms, policies, fees, availability and security practices.

We do not control the availability, accuracy, pricing, policies or performance of third-party services.

If a third-party service is unavailable, changes its rules, rejects an action or experiences an error, Secy may not be able to complete the requested task.

Any dispute concerning a product or service provided by a third party, including its pricing, delivery, cancellation, refund or quality, should be addressed with that third party.

6. Your information and content

You remain responsible for the information, messages, files, instructions and other content that you provide to Secy.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide this information and to allow Secy to process it for providing the service.

We process information as described in our Privacy Policy, including to operate, maintain and secure Secy, to improve Secy using anonymised or de-identified information, and as otherwise permitted by applicable law. We do not use your personal data or private content to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in, and we never use data received from Google APIs for model training.

Our Privacy Policy explains in more detail how we collect, use, store and protect your information, and how you can ask us to delete it.

7. AI-generated information

Secy’s responses and recommendations may be generated using artificial intelligence.

AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular situation. Secy is not a substitute for professional advice.

You should not rely solely on Secy for medical, legal, financial, tax, safety or other professional decisions.

For important matters, please verify relevant information independently.

8. Payments and purchases

Some Secy features may require payment in future. Where applicable, the applicable price, taxes and other charges will be communicated to you before payment.

If Secy helps you purchase a product or service from a third party, that purchase is made with the relevant third party. The third party determines its own prices, taxes, delivery charges, cancellation terms, refund policy and other conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rethink AI Labs is not the seller or provider of products or services purchased through a third-party service.

Refunds relating to third-party purchases will generally be governed by the relevant third party’s policies.

9. Acceptable use

Please use Secy responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

You must not use Secy to:

• break the law or violate another person’s rights;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• access accounts, information or services without permission;
• send spam, scams, phishing messages or malicious content;
• interfere with or attempt to disrupt Secy or its systems;
• bypass security measures or usage restrictions;
• introduce malware or other harmful code;
• facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity;
• misuse another person’s personal information; or
• reverse engineer, copy, exploit or attempt to build a competing service using Secy’s systems or proprietary technology.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Secy, our users, third parties or our systems.

10. Ownership

Secy, including its software, technology, design, branding, interfaces and underlying systems, belongs to Rethink AI Labs or its licensors.

These Terms give you permission to use Secy for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of Secy or our intellectual property to you.

You retain your rights in the content and information you provide to Secy. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide Secy to you, as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you provide feedback or suggestions about Secy, you allow us to use that feedback to improve our products and services without creating any ownership interest in Secy for you.

11. Availability of Secy

We will make reasonable efforts to keep Secy available and useful, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Features may be added, changed, limited or discontinued from time to time. We may also temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

12. Your responsibility

You are responsible for:

• the instructions you give Secy;
• the information and permissions you provide;
• checking important outputs and actions;
• complying with the terms of services you connect to Secy; and
• the consequences of decisions or transactions you make based on Secy’s responses or actions.

Because Secy can act on your behalf, please use appropriate care when giving permissions or asking it to perform consequential actions.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Secy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• every response will be accurate or complete;
• every task will be completed successfully;
• Secy will always understand your instructions correctly;
• every action will have the result you expect;
• Secy will always be available; or
• third-party services connected to Secy will remain available or function as expected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rethink AI Labs and its directors, employees, affiliates, contractors and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill arising from your use of Secy.

We will also not be responsible for losses arising from:

• incorrect, incomplete or unclear instructions provided by you;
• your failure to review or verify an AI-generated response or action;
• actions taken through a third-party service;
• the failure, availability or conduct of third-party services;
• unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your account or credentials; or
• events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rethink AI Labs’ total liability arising out of or relating to Secy will not exceed the total amount you paid to Rethink AI Labs for Secy during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to protect and reimburse Rethink AI Labs and its directors, employees, affiliates and service providers against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from:

• your misuse of Secy;
• your violation of these Terms or applicable law;
• information or content you provide without the necessary rights or permissions;
• your instructions or actions taken through your account; or
• your violation of another person’s rights.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Secy at any time. You can also ask us to delete your account and personal data, as described in section 14 of our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, misused the service, or if suspension is otherwise necessary for operational or legal reasons.

Where reasonably practicable, we will try to provide notice before taking such action. We may act without prior notice where immediate action is necessary.

After termination, provisions relating to ownership, responsibility, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and disputes will continue to apply.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as Secy develops or as required by law.

If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. The updated Terms will apply from the date stated in the revised Terms.

Your continued use of Secy after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Secy will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted.

19. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other terms specifically applicable to a feature you use, form the agreement between you and Rethink AI Labs regarding your use of Secy. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy differ on how we handle personal data, the Privacy Policy applies.
